benq v2400w buy
New Benq V2400W monitor only displays Blue screen and unable to change settings.
Hi I recently bought a V2400W monitor and everything was working fine till i change to display settings to HDMI and now all i get is a blue screen and none of the buttons work so i can not change the settings back to the original. Its not my PC as i tired my previous monitor on it and is still working fine. Does anyone have any ideas or is this a factory fault?

but try safe mode first
if u start in safe mode and try to fix it from there it should work
to get into safe mode press f8 when you are starting your computer
safe mode starts your pc / laptop with only basic drivers so id be sure
it ll work and you can fix its property’s then start your system normally
