"I can change processor laptops?
I have a BenQ Joybook R55 notebook. At the moment I have a GB HDD 60 (SATA 5400 rpm / Min), and RAM 512. I ordered a stick and 2 GB of RAM, which are compatible with my laptop, and I have a laptop computer decent graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 7400 with 256MB of memory. But the problem is that my processor is only 1.6 GHz speed (Intel Celeron M). I overclock, and runs at 1.9GHz with no heat problems. My question is: I can upgrade my processor to a speed of 2.8 to 3.2 GHz, or not?
Although I would say that the overclocking, but Hu has already been done. You have already overclocked and rose 0.3 GHz, 0.1 to 0.5 GHz in mind is overclocking safe. 0.6 GHz to 1.0 GHz is considered extreme and anything above that is dangerous because it is likely to simply record your processor to get the speed you want to remove a little overclock, all levels about three quarters full, if it starts to overheat, I suggest you change it again. Overclocking is really the only way to increase processor speed. The only other way is to buy a new processor, or easier, a new laptop.
